Ainscough Crane Hire, the UK's leader in lifting solutions, is seeking to fill a role in our Heavy Cranes team dedicated to ensuring all administration in the department is taken care of; including wages, PPE ordering, hotels and travel requirements, purchase orders and managing training records.

Key Responsibilities
- Check all HCD weekly paid wages are correct, authorise and complete
- Monitor all HCD PPE and ensure is replenished and tracked
- Support the team by making Hotel, Hire car bookings
- Support the HCD Ops team with raining Purchase orders and ensure they are kept up to date to prevent out of period costs
- Responsible for all meeting room bookings and ensuring catering is charged to the correct Cost Centre
- Responsible for all training records and medicals and ensuring recertification is completed
- Ensure all office visitors are inducted and met with their escorts
- Support the Operational Manager with fleet vehicle servicing and compliance
- Track spend and ensure Operational Office spend is minimised
- Assist the Operational team with booking site inductions
Person Specification
- Minimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English - Desirable Experience:
- 2-years’ experience of working within a team environment in an Admin role. Knowledge: (all Essential)
- Regional geographical knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of working within a time critical service environment
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation Skills: (all Essential)
- IT literate – comfortable using systems including, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good time management skills
- Organised with the ability to simplify complex issues
- Able to communicate at all levels, both in verbal & written form.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent numeracy skills
